Every component is precision-cut, drilled and coated to match engineering drawings, resulting in faster construction, lower waste and total dimensional accuracy.

Our Process

From Concept to Commissioning

  1. Enquiry & Design Brief

    Site survey, soil report review, span / height requirements, load criteria and client brief. Our engineers prepare a preliminary design concept and BOQ.

  2. Structural Design

    Full 3D structural model, connection design, GA drawings and fabrication drawings reviewed and approved by a licensed structural engineer.

  3. Fabrication

    CNC-controlled cutting, drilling and welding at our plant. Shot-blast preparation to Sa 2.5 and two-coat epoxy primer applied before dispatch.

  4. Logistics & Delivery

    Components sequenced, tagged and dispatched in erection order. GPS-tracked transport to site. Delivery documentation and packing lists provided.

  5. Erection & Handover

    Experienced erection crew, mobile cranes, safety scaffolding. Plumb-and-alignment checked at each stage. As-built drawings and structural certificate at handover.
